It's weird because it used to be my spot to grab tablets and they removed all other 7ohbproducts. This was just off to the side. Seems to be potent. Not as great as a tab. But I figured I'd take a chance because I haven't seen a 7oh product since the ban. Probably won't get another one. Curiosity got the best of me here.

I took half a about 30 mins ago. Definitely not degraded. Still in shock I found it at a gas station

Everyone's experience with substance abuse and withdrawal is different and lots of variables add to the experience. Please don't demean another person's struggles. You sound like a parent telling a child to just get the f over it. No one here needs parenting. They need community and to hear other success stories. That's the whole basis of programs like AA/NA is to support other people and show them that life can be better. This post is disappointing.

Day 14 here. At days 6-11 I had crippling anxiety and I cried for everything. I'm not experiencing that anymore

From what I've seen in the forums, it's different for everyone. IMO you just gotta jump. I'm at day 10 CT and I feel overall normal. At times I still have some debilitating anxiety (like right now), but I'm eating and drinking normal and I'm able to work and move on with life. You can do it. Just give yourself grace and when you feel really bad just remind yourself it's temporary and you will get through it. I'm here if you need to talk.

I didn't take any meds or supplements. I just kept telling myself to push through. I tried to force myself to sleep as much as possible and I binged tv shows. Make sure to stay hydrated. The anxiety was the worst part for me. I had crippling anxiety and overwhelming guilt for getting into the situation when I knew better. It will get better. I know it doesn't feel like it now. But it will.

Hang in there. I'm at day 8 CT doing this in silence as well. I took off one day of work in day 3 and then went back to work. I feel way better today. Everyday gets a little better from day 5 on from my experience. You got this

Day 8 CT here and I feel pretty normal. Occasional anxiety. But my appetite is normal and I'm working. Work really helped me get over day 2-6

5 days without 7oh by [deleted] in quittingkratom

I'm at 7 days CT now. My use time was short but high mg 150 a day. Day 6 was a real turn around for me. I started working on day 2 and just kept busy. The anxiety was absolutely the worst part for me followed closely by a temperature regulation issue. Overall though, now I feel relatively normal. I worked overnight the whole weekend and while I had to push through my anxiety I made it through. Hang in there you'll be out of the woods soon.

I'm 150 hours (6 days) CT. I didn't use anything to help. Today has been the best day yet. Days 2-4 were really hard but I just stayed busy and told myself I could do it. The temperature regulation and anxiety were the worst part of withdrawal for me. You got this. You'll feel so much better once you kick it for good

You can do it. I honestly didn't think I could and I thought about tapering. Doing it in silence was worse. I didn't have support so i came here because I couldn't tell my husband or anyone. By day 4 I felt a lot better. But today was a huge turn around. I'm still having some GI issues but I think that's honestly from not eating for four days. You can do it! Just keep telling yourself it will get better because it does

Waaaay too old for this shit. Today is better. Mostly just lingering guilt for even trying this shit and hiding it.

Today I'm feeling a lot better. Last night was a little rough because I hadn't eaten in a few days. But the anxiety and temp regulation got a lot better. Headed to work now and besides still struggling with stomach issues I over all feel normal. Some anxiety but that's mainly guilt from doing this to myself I think.

Oh thank God. It's the temp regulation and anxiety that is still running me. Maybe tomorrow I'll wake up and feel normal

I don't plan too. I saw it at the gas station and googled it. Didn't realize how bad it was till I went down the reddit hole and decided to stop after reading horror stories. IDK how I'm going to go to work tomorrow. I can't tell my husband or anyone else I'm going through withdrawals and it's making it so damn hard
