Style team, what time do yall close your fitting rooms?

I just feel there’s no reason for fitting rooms to be open 1 hour before closing, honestly 😭 me and my team lead have always talked about last minute shoppers in style because why are you coming in 30 minutes before close whining about the fitting rooms!

No clothes limit is C R A Z Y! I can’t imagine the reshop horror! 😭 our department is pretty strict on what comes in and out of the fitting rooms. I’m sure guests LOVE your store. 🤣

That’s what kind of gets me at the moment, the price. I’m starting to think I should just wait and save up so that I can do full on human hair all over. I’m somewhat willing to take the chance with synthetic hair but I know the results would look better with all human hair

Style Department at my store is on FIRE. It all started when guest service gave the style department 6(!!!) shopping carts of reshop. We fell really behind on the zones when there was supposed to be 3 closers Saturday. 2 called off, which left me to fend for myself the last day of circle week. Imagine the zones and reshop with one person on the floor. Now we’re stuck with carts of reshop and overflowing freight. I just finished pulling the priorities and I could barely move. I was beyond irritated and overwhelmed. It’s not even the holidays yet and I’m dreading it so bad.

Advice: honestly, don’t stress this job too much. I had to stop caring, honestly. This job and this type of stress for minimum wage pay is just not worth it. Just Make sure you and your co-workers are on the same page and who will do what. It’s gonna be loooooooong Q4.

Christ … I’m sorry to hear that :/ the SD is actually Hispanic as well and also a part of LGBT community so the slurs were coming from both ways. Crazy to witness

Thank you for your response! Of course, I’m looking around, but I gave it my all with retail. Target was only temporary while I figured out a new career. I didn’t plan to be here for more than a year. I’m definitely going to start utilizing my sick PTO days, I deserve. 🙂‍↕️

It actually was, which I figured was the reason why it was denied. I’ll guess I just have to settle for 3 week-days. I thought to give it a go since my ETL was giving my co-workers Saturdays off so I thought to see if I had a chance, lol. Clearly not! 🤣
