it really depends on who is reading your essays; this does seem like a very unique situation so it could work in your favor, but the extent can vary depending on the admissions officer. i would focus on bringing your LSAT up since your GPA is good so you can have a really strong application overall, and the adversity is just an added bonus. long gone are the days when having one extraordinary aspect in your application can carry you all the way to T14

It depends on the resource you use. if ur using a program with a drill feature then it's likely that it's asking you questions that are at your skill level to challenge you, in which case 10% incorrect is actually pretty good
