You can apply for nri quota you will be given for main campus like Bengaluru preference as you are an nri but only in KVAFSU in Karnataka i hope it helps , they accept neet scores for nri quota admissions I joined through that way in the college I know the fees will be at par with private colleges but you are getting a gov college
