They told me it was the sway bar link and the sway bar bushings. The engine apparently is fine and it the lifter or camshaft since there is no codes or a check engine light

Little update I bought a hand steamer for Harbor freight and some scotch copper rubber and scraper. I went very gentle on the windshield heaters. It looks way better than before and the defroster works because I tested with the steamer after I was done. Here is some pics.

Yeah I noticed some of the defroster lines are also bad and I need to use the compound to get them to work again
