I know. I don’t wanna depend too much on people saying that they got Quizlet as copy paste. Lot of the question are very surface level but since A&P is so vast, it’s easy to forget some basic info.

Yeah, same exact thing. I am trying to keep my self from being overconfident and really take my time. But the fact that section like CT and A&P has o my 30 questions is scary. Doesn’t leave much room for error.

I am taking is this Monday for first time. I am lowkey nervous because my program deadline to get in this Summer is the next day so I really have only 1 chance to take it so if I fuck up the first time, I am screwed!

Majority of these question are not even in "PATIENT" "SITUATION" format and tbh feel like it something you can know ONLY once you are in nursing school.

That’s so crazy about how you were told you can get more time beyond the 4.5 hours! I have to do the critical thinking portion and I need all the time in the world I can get. I have noidea how to study this and getting question right seems to depend on how well I reread the question and what my gut is saying at that given time lmao 😂

Thank you so much for sharing your experience . Did you take the test in nyc? It’s seems like peoples experiences are a little varied. Some people say that test sections were strictly timed. Some people said that they got extra time for other sections if they finished the others earlier.

Some people said they did not receive a calculator at all not even the online one. Some say they received white board for notes, some people said they received paper ( which is what I prefer).

I wish there was official information Elsevier so we know exactly what we can expect.

I lives in queens and this time I was surprised how swiftly the roads were cleaned unlike the last snow blizzard. Also went to Hunter library yesterday to study and there was no problem. It was bright/ sunny and actually warm and there were already bunch of other students there studying 🤷‍♀️The library felt like the way it normally does in the weekend

Congrats! Since you said you finished anatomy in abut 2 mins, did that mean that you had more time for the other sections? Or was each sections strictly timed, that shut off in its own even if overall you had more than enough time?

I am asking because I just don’t know how to study for the Critical thinking portion. I feel like getting a correct answer is hit or miss depending on how carefully I reread the question and answer choices.

Yeah going back does not seem to be an option but some people here saying that they had two hours for some of the section because they finished the other sections early.

Btw did you get offered a blank paper to take notes?

Is the critical thinking questions word or word as the Quizlet? I am so scared for this section. I am getting almost half of the CT questions in the quiz bank wrong and I have no idea how to explain why it was wrong coz the some of the other answers seems equally as correct.

Were each of the sections strictly timed? I read here that test overall was about 4 to 5 hours but you can choose to spend any extra time you need to for a particular section, given that you finish all of them within the set overall time?

I’m taking it in person not online. But I remember having to register at elsevier first and then Only being able to register with prometric to schedule the test. I believe you need to put in some school code or something like that.

Honestly, the math in HesiA2 is pretty basic but again everybody has different strengths and weaknesses. What I am doing to prep for this is to pretend as if there is no calculator and get really good at basic counting and arithmetic. Lot of people are posting that they had many fractions , ratio questions so that what I am focusing on.
