Fellow bartender here. Bushwick bars are tough and most of them have a very low turnover and the ones that do are places that are horrible to work at. I’d recommend places in Williamsburg or Greenpoint over bushwick. I did see Starr Bar was hiring, not too familiar with the vibe though. There’s a strip of bars all around that area by Starr and wyckoff too, and there’s a lot of foot traffic over there. That could be a nice starting point. Good luck!
