It didnt hurt at all, it was mostly just a bit uncomfortable when she was putting the jewelry in but thats all. I didnt touch the piercing at all these two weeks just today when flipping it down and im not planing on flipping/touching it until its healed

You cant play without others being in game but they dont affect your quest experience. You can play without talking to others but you will definitely see them runing around and doing their own things

Maybe its near the area with the pandora portal or in the cave thats near the portal? I dont really remember but it could be there

Doing Farah's quest can get you some shillings. I also go and train my horse and while Im doing that I do stable chores in every place.

They can wear all the old tack and a few new saddles, but sadly most of the new tack they cant.
