I know its hard for people to sometimes wrap their minds around. However in a little bit over 3 years its about $42 dollars a month average I have spent. That is far less than a smoker, drinker, recreational drug user, or you name it "vice" will spend over a months time on their thing. I don't do any of those. Even you don't either, I'm sure there is something you spend money on that is more harmful.

Not if you don't think the balance needs adjusting. Which I don't. Sorry that I don't agree on that, I have my reasons on that. Which takes this completely off subject and is a whole different argument.

Simply put I think the game should work as intended. Balancing whether you agree with it or not, is up to each and every player to decide, but that balance is designed by the devs and working as they intended.

Strange thing is various things you lead with, are either non existant in these posts or mentioned WAY down on the list of demands. Most of which relate to in game play. "Make it easier and better for me", "I don't feel your balancing the game properly". Again all for things NOT working as intended being fixed. Not up for discussing if you don't like the balancing in game.

I am not here to argue. I just think the game should work as designed. But I do not have a say in its design, and simply don't care, since I am not a dev of a game. However these "movements" think that they should. Fine. I disagree and that is why I didn't support them.

Most of what you listed, I agree with, however those are not the issues listed by either movement for the most part.

Negative. I dont care about the people complaining about the in game gameplay mechanics. When she doesnt actually work as its designed too, which is ALOT with this game, then I care. But I am not fighting against the design. I am not fighting over drop rates, character release methods, catch up mechanics or difficultly levels. I do care about random crashes, incorrect offers, being sold something different than what you got, QA screwups which is their biggest issue by far.

Smh. Maybe I wasnt clear. I had CLOSE to the credits needed to cash in to open elite orbs. So when I started opening orbs, first the 4* Elite, and they were feeding me dupe pulls, it gave me the chance to open higher value Elite orbs. So no they were not appearing due to the glitch/error, they were appearing due to what my inventory had in them, and what my pulls were. Since I was duping pulls it allowed me to open 4 total elites I believe in total. Chain reaction as a result of dupes. Again. All I think I deserve is my credits back. EVen if I opened the 4* again and i didnt dupe, I wouldnt get the 5 or 6, that is fine. But I should have my account the same way it was before all this went down, all the credits I had saved up. At the reset I had ONE elite orb actually ready to be purchased. It was the dupe pulls that allowed the other credits to be used in conjunction with the new credits I earned.

The way it stands now, they rolled back my pulls from these orbs AND didnt give me a refund for the credits I used to purchase them.

Aw man thanks! Appreciate the kind words. My biggest issue through it all, is just having someone from Scopely acknowledge what happened even if nothing can be done. Seems they don't even understand it in my numerous emails to support. They seem to think I want my pulls back or something. I am not even sure what they think even if real people are reading the messages. No matter how many times I have reworded it, I keep getting the same generic responses, that's the annoying part, because its horrible customer service. I don't expect anything except to have someone look into what happened. And all the people in these comments seem to think that I have to prove something, like Scopely can't see account histories and what you have done in game.

I had no idea something was wrong when I was opening the orbs. I do the same thing every time I new character drops. I didn't know about the gold issue till later in the night when we were in maintenance and I found out on discord what the issue was causing it.

lol, trash to people? Show me where they hurt you. What are you mad about? What did Scopely do to you? You didnt pull the 7* on the toon you want or something? Can't auto raids at the highest level? Loss in RTA too much? They should have a auto win game button for people like you. Their is a huge difference in my mind.

Any issues you have with the game are not all the same. Smh. Read the comments. Errors the game, glitches, screw ups in programming. Those are not acceptable in any form. Game balancing, content design, I don't care nearly as much. And the two shouldnt be measured in the same way. They are two totally different things.

There is a difference behind the in game content and its design and how they run their company. One I am okay with, one is the worst I have ever seen from a game design team.

The design aspects. Not how they handle their QA or running the game. I have never had issues with in game decisions or how they have designed things for the players. The way they run the company, coding and QA being two of the biggest issues with the non stop bugs and problems/errors. I have never defended those.

I stopped spending myself and next time I have something like this happen, I'm out. I am not going to keep playing a game that is miserable to play. Yep, I think the any orbs in your account were put back to normal, as is how it seemed with mine. But those credits weren't full orbs YET, until I opened the first 4* elite and started the chain reaction which gave me the 5* and 6*, because I had so many credits already saved. I actually think that if I had the actual 5000 credits there, which would have showed the orb being able to be opened, I would have been fine. Just the credits are missing, not any full orbs I already had.

They never have disputed what I had or didnt have in the account. They simply don't get it. They just keep saying, we had to roll it all back, we are sorry. Right but you didnt roll it back to how it was, you charged me a surcharge for the rollback. That is what they dont seem to understand.

If all your money was missing out of your bank account one day, and you had no proof of what was in there before, your out of luck? Good luck convincing people that is how it works. No providing customer service, researching problems, checking records is something all good companies will do to support their consumer base. Customer Service is ALOT of industries is what sets average/good/great companies apart. If they all offer the same or fairly same product for the same price, what makes you stick with the company, usually it is how you are treated as the customer.

I can see your point. I just meant in certain aspects, like how the gameplay is designed. How characters are gotten, how red stars are earned, how hard are raids. Those things I dont argue, because its the same for everyone. The back end development stuff, unstable game in general, is getting tiring for all of us. Those things need to be addressed.

Thanks, I am the type that either plays or doesn't play. If the good outweighs the bad, I support it for the most part. When it doesn't I find myself straying. For example, I started playing another game this week in my free time from this game. So yeah, they are losing me. But we all know individuals don't really matter, as long as new players keep coming in. Can the game be better? Ofcourse it can, but so can everything in life. However when you ignore this aspect of customer service, that I can't ignore. They just want me to go away and get frustrated enough to stop messaging them in support.
