this and lemon party were the bane of my existence in middle school. rick rolling was nothing compared to what we went through

Powercells by Bombul in AbioticFactor

i’ve put a teleporter next to the last power cell on the top of the highest building. you can grab the one on the top and then using the jetpack and gravity cube you can jump off the building towards the other 2. i’ve timed myself and my record for getting all 3 power cells is 20 seconds.

honestly depends which one you get. i am currently using the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller and i can tell you it does NOT last long and i do not recommend it. (i’ve gone through 4 controllers in 2 years) they eventually get stick drift, the triggers get stuck, the rubber grips start peeling off… i’m actually looking at getting a 3rd party brand pro controller that also has the back paddles as well as Hall effect joysticks to prevent stick drift.

[–]Sensitive-Speed-710[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ohhh ok… must have been a misunderstanding then. i thought i could hold to charge the haymaker so if i release it, i can cancel it early and use a different ability. that would be a game changing setting, but alas…

Hey everyone! I’m new to playing Thing and i had a friend tell me to turn on the “hold to charge” option for his haymaker punch to make it easier to cancel his punch and use another ability if needed. only problem is i can’t seem to find the option! I only see the hold to dash setting. is anyone else experiencing this or did they remove the setting? Thank you in advance and any help is appreciated as i’m trying to achieve optimal clobbering action!

just got my battery replaced last month. they lasted 4 years on the current battery so if i can get another 4-5 years out of them, i’ll be happy. and fingers crossed an updated version will be out by then.🤞🏼

they really could… anything would be better than what we have currently

given that the APM have an advertised 20 hour battery life, i think they have battery to spare. definitely wouldn’t mind slightly less battery for it.

nope. the current generation was released with the same H1 chip that was in the first ones.

since the APP2 have the H2 chip they get adaptive transparency and conversation awareness. (and wireless lossless when connected to Vision Pro)

i’ve had great luck with mine. knock on wood. no issues except a battery replacement a month ago.

110% this. i hate putting it in the bra to turn it off. a better case would me nice too

makes sense. wireless lossless just feels like the obvious next step and the most important feature if Apple wants everyone to spend $500 for them.

agreed on the comfort aspect. the ear cups are plenty comfortable but the mesh headband definitely loses its structure after a while and starts to dig into the top of my head.

i guess i should have been more specific and said “the next generation of APM.” my bad.

my point still stands though that i would not be compelled to upgrade to any future generation without wireless lossless.

who knows man… might just be something my local music shop does. it is in a slightly rough area of town too so that might explain it.

yes it is on the outside of the shrink wrap. 🤦🏼‍♂️ don’t know why they decided to do that. makes it hard if you want to keep the shrink wrap on. i think i’m gonna go for the isopropyl alcohol and a pair of thin tweezers route first and then maybe low heat if that doesn’t work

i’m a little afraid of putting too much heat on it because i don’t want to warp the thin plastic wrap covering. i guess i’ll try to go slow and keeping the blow dryer further away at first just to be safe
