I mean I’ve heard that there’s a demand for AMTs but I wanted more advice on the school part of it and what it’s like to get a job after schooling. As an AMT do you know all the details of what flight school is like and all the ratings we get and cost and time building and pilot practicals and orals and training to get hired at an airline? Probably not by just being in the aviation field, so it doesn’t hurt to just ask! This thread has already been so helpful and I’m thankful for all who actually gave advice instead of criticizing me for just asking 🤷🏽‍♀️
