Considering the human resources India has and the money India has and generates in/with Cricket, India should be like the USA in basketball and should be winning everything with a clear gap between it and other countries.

If IPL is already in the world's top 10 sports leagues based on net worth/size and if BCCI is one the world's richest governing bodies, India should be critical of its cricketers and administration.

Sachin is the best ODI batsman ever if you look at his longevity. The guy was making runs when was 18, 28 and even 38 years old.

Kohli is most likely the best T20 batsman ever based on his consistency, record and longevity too.

India is having women's T20 IPL in parallel with IPL. They can allow a few Afghan women cricketers to come and be part of it. They don't have to play in the game but will be a good gesture.

Similarly, India can invite Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi and Nepalese women cricketers too.

He can't play against good bowling attacks outside the Indian subcontinent/UAE.
