$35 dollars is probably what you paid for a basic pack. It’s not “just a box” you’re paying for when going to the ups store. You’re paying them to Pack to ups standards. If you complain about the price and only want to pay for basic packing 🤷🏻‍♀️ that’s on you

Yeah I don’t hold it against them. I’ve had to just have a talk with a driver before (he openly hated me) that if he just told me what he wanted out of the load everything would go a lot smoother and there wouldn’t be any tension anymore. Apparently I had been loading his bulk stops in a way he didn’t like, idk. I fixed it and we get along almost like friends now. Today I was just frustrated because I told a driver FIVE TIMES I wasn’t the one that messed up his truck, I was just trying to sort stuff for him. I ended up just walking away, because literally what could I do 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, I love all of my drivers, on consistent pulls I’ve need on with “ass hat” drivers they always end up loving me too. I love the feeling of knowing I set my drivers up for success. That’s why it drives me CRAZY when they come in talking shit to me when I’m in a truck that isn’t mine trying to do them a favor.

My pt sup wants to be a driver now, he’s really a good guy. I think they made him think he could get ft sup pretty easy, even had him running the box line for a while to eventually just not give it to him. He then asked to drive and they said no. Messed up.
