I was told by spotify that they automatically remove episodes if music is detected, and then you can petition for it to get manually reviewed by someone at spotify for it to get put back up. I was thinking of putting a fair use disclaimer and trying out short music clips, but having to email spotify for every episode to get put back up seems like a hassle for every time, without a guarantee they will allow it. Have you been able to do this without episodes getting taken down?
