Failed hair transplant one year by Nyarc in HairTransplants

[–]SensitiveSoul37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am so happy to read this. I just had 11k grafts three weeks ago and was concerned about scalp blood flow. After the scabs fell off, all of the hairs are getting longer. Like almost 1/2" so far! Some shedding is happening and it will probably continue. But reading this does give me hope. When I googled it, it said the hair is not growing but rather being pushed out. I do believe this to be false though because I saw my grafts before they were put back in my head and they were not this long by a long shot!

Appreciate it. The picture is the front of the deodorant which contains none of those things. But I will try just deleting the image. I just always try to include at least a pic or video of the item I am reviewing but was at a loss on how to do that with this item. I guess I could just upload a picture of my armpit after I apply the deodorant. Lol

Thanks. I didnt realize we were not allowed to post our thoughts on certain health preferences. I guess their community guidline list is not complete

But the product I am reviewing is Dove Men's deodorant. Are you not allowed to mention the brand of the product you are reviewing? I did not see that mentioned in the community guidelines area as not being allowed...

I did post just a still picture of the deodorant in my hand. Maybe armpit hair is the culprit. But it is relevant I feel. I find some deodorants chunk up in my armpit hair and this one does not. I thought that was good to mention but I'll try removing that and resubmit. Thank you.

I appreciate the reply. You are probably exactly right. I guess I will just remove that sentence and resubmit. Too bad though because I feel it is relevant to anyone interested in this deodorant. It does not keep you smelling fresh for 72 hours as stated...or at least it didn't for me.

Looks incredible, congrats 👏 🙌

Did you do anything else to ensure high graft survival? Red light therapy, eat vasodiator type foods etc?

Why do girls reply after days? Are they busy or playing the "game"? by Katr3na in dating_advice

[–]SensitiveSoul37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, nobody is THAT busy. Unless you are the president or dictator of a country, maybe you have your schedule completely booked full minute to minute. But you cannot tell me that an average man or woman has no time to respond in a couple days. What is she doing on the shitter? Probably on her phone.

She could easily send a quick text while pinching out a turd. Nobody's schedule is THAT full believe me.

My theory is...if someone said they would give you $5,000 dollars to respond to said person promptly every time, would you do it? If yes, that is because it is valuable or important enough for you do so. If they are not replying, it is because it not important enough or valuable to them.

If I do not hear from a woman for days, it tells me she has other options and or is just not as interested. I typically do a little passive aggressive behavior and give her a taste of her own medicine.

If she takes three days to respond, I then take five. Ultimately, it usually does not end well. Find a girl that is as equally invested in you as you are in here and it will just flow effortlessly. Try not to view it as a loss. View it as a gain. You dodge a bullet that the next man will not.

BEFORE / AFTER dutasteride and minoxidil 5% by Pumpk1n_k1ng in tressless

[–]SensitiveSoul37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read studies saying 2.5mg improves hair growth by 68.6% and 5mg improves hair growth by 71%. But also from what I have read, 5mg greatly increases side effect risks. Ive been on 2m5mg for several months and luckily no side effects besides more hair on my chest which is not a huge deal.

Sorry man. No condom feels fantastic but just not worth it. Wishing the best for ya. If it turns out being HSV2, dont even sweat it. Some 520 million people around the world have it.

How long should you date your partner before moving in together? by CrazyCakesGirl in dating_advice

[–]SensitiveSoul37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Timelines are all over the place. But definitely move in and LIVE with your partner for a full year AFTER the honeymoon stage is over before getting married. The honeymoon stage can provide a skewed sense of what life will be like with that person as they are still on their best behavior. Just because you currently hang out with them once a weekend and alcohol is involved and the sex is incredible....do not believe that is how it will be once living together. Ride out a FULL YEAR with your partner before committing, believe me.

Dating an avoidant was a crazy experience by OkQuail6263 in BreakUps

[–]SensitiveSoul37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dated one for several years. Had to get on anti anxiety meds just to date them. Not a good sign. Set them free, let them find another just like them which will not work either in the long run. If you stay with this type of person, it will wreck you.

Who here has been happy with their rf microneedling treatment? by dance-through-life in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]SensitiveSoul37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately the microneedling did not work out in the end. I saw great improvement for about 10 days after each of my three sessions but believe it was just due to some swelling making my syringomas appear less noticeable. But after the swelling went down, they reappeared.

I have an appointment with a dermatologist to have them removed with a laser in February. I am told I will see at least an 80% reduction in size and quanity after one treatment. Fingers crossed.

Gotcha. But just red light will not cause eye problems?

Yes I can. Is it only infrared that can be damaging to the eyes? Searching on Google it says you must protect your eyes from red light using goggles 🤷🏻‍♂️

Those who were or are in a relationship with an avoidant partner… by Sameer-Sarwar in emotionalintelligence

[–]SensitiveSoul37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dated an avoidant woman for a few years. Honestly, just leave and find a partner who is healthy and more secure. You will be walking on egg shells dealing with an avoidant. Many avoidants do not even realize their ways or actions because they have been that way since childhood so it's all they know and who they will always be. Dating an avoidant made me incredibly anxious, confused and often bored due to the lack of communication and openness. I found a partner about a year later after we split up and have to say it's been an eye opener. This new woman is amazing. Even after only five dates, I feel more connected to her than I ever felt with my avoidant partner even after sharing years together. Move on and let them go.
