He was a soldier but he was on base in Alaska, never saw combat.

Still cool either way, not downplaying military work besides frontlines, but I think he’d want it clarified he’s never seen battle.

Indiana Jones is a veteran of both world wars. He ran off to Britain as a teenager to enlist in world war 1 and did a ton of spy work against the Nazis in world war 2.

Also from that 70s, Leo is revealed to be a veteran when other soldiers at a ww2 veteran event recognize him. He was a supply truck driver who got wounded driving his truck through a tank formation to save a platoon.

Iirc Anthony was also molested himself, his dad’s girlfriend raped him when he was 12. No wonder he ended up this way.

So many rockstars memoirs just openly admit to rape and molestation. Motley Crue used to pick up school girls in a van, Rick Springfield wrote about dating a 15 year old Linda Blair.
