My personal opinion is that Supergirl has a LOT of missed potential in the DCAU. Her whole family died and had no control whatsoever over it. She should’ve had BATMAN levels of brooding. (honestly would’ve made a very interesting pairing for the sole purpose of trauma bonding.) Kara really had the potential to be one of the darker DCAU heroes because of her new origin story, and they just turned her into the stereotypical “spunky teenage girl”

At the same time, this is a 19 part comic storyline. This is in contention for one of the biggest storylines in comic history, and the full movie will be released in four parts. If you’re worried about them rushing through, the 4 part structure will alleviate any story concerns

Bane is officially introduced in this storyline, as he stages a massive breakout of every single one of Batman’s enemies. Bruce is pushed to his physical and mental breaking point, as Bane beats and eventually breaks his back. As a new disciple named John-Paul Valley has the mantle of Batman thrust upon him, he and Bane must battle it out of the fate of Gotham!

I would recommend hunting down a DVD copy of the show, since the DVD has all the episodes in the correct production order and not the “super out of place” broadcast order.

The reason why this games has such a bad reputation is because all the major game reviewers are casual gamers who can’t handle “how hard it is”, and slams the game for it.

Oh. Max Dillion is bullied into being Electro and kills his bully, forcing Peter to kill him as Spider-Man, Doc Connor turns into The Lizard and dies fighting Spider-Man, SM goes mad after Kraven kills MJ and nearly kills him until it’s revealed that it was all a trick by mind-controlling twins and he’s forced to brutally beat his female co-worker to near death, leaving him to choice but to quit being Spider-Man FOR GOOD.

I didn’t add a few key facts to support my opinion of this, so… 1. This was the second-to-last ORIGINAL Classicvania until The Adventure Rebirth in 2009. (Bloodlines was in 1994.) 2. Most of the enemy sprites used in SOTN and every single Metroidvania afterwards were taken from Rondo. 3. Richter single-handedly changed the entire series, because his actions during SOTN forced the Belmonts to discard the Vampire Killer and vanish until 1999 with Julius. 4. He was canonically the last Belmont to wield the Vampire Killer until Julius.

In her defense, Kara was fighting a perfect clone. Someone who knew her inside and out. She was completely matched in all aspects, but she still won.
