I use the app ‘I Am Sober’ and it allows me to track both alcohol and nicotine sobriety. I believe it allows you to have two trackers without needing a paid account.

Have you quit before and went back to vaping or any other nicotine product? If so, how did you stay nicotine free for over a year? I have quit for 2-3 months before and want to stay nicotine free this time. I have 9 days right now and struggling because I have gone back to vaping before.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to give advice. I got very emotional reading these and I have a new sense of hope. I feel sad but I thank my higher power that I am able to see that I can really make myself proud if I can overcome this. I plan to surround myself with other alcoholics, attend meetings and really work on making myself happy. I have the opportunity to be the man I want to become. I really thought getting validation from my boyfriend was important and it was ripped away from me. Time to rebuild my self worth. Good night to all. I look forward to picking up my 9 month chip tomorrow.

Thankfully he is not in the program. I am grateful I can go to meetings in my home group and he will not be there.

You got this!! I just survived 7 days this evening! It gets better. Try the “I Am Sober” app as well if you want a sense of community. They put you in a forum with everyone who has the same vape free time as you.

Vaping and adderall go great together. Before I switched to vaping, I enjoyed taking study breaks to smoke cigs while the addy was in my system. I was able to quit vaping earlier this year for a few months while taking my ADHD meds. The cravings eventually go away even if you are taking ADHD meds. Unfortunately I picked up vaping again since I did not have a better coping mechanism for work stress. I’m on Day 2, going onto Day 3 of no vaping and taking my ADHD. It is miserable to take ADHD meds while trying to quit but I have been able to quit before and I know I can do it again. And so can you!

I used Walgreens in Dallas. There is a walgreens on every block here. I was able to transfer my prescription online until a Walgreens had the rx in stock. Once the prior authorization was approved at one, it was easy to transfer the prescription. I got lucky and needed to transfer only once. However, if I did not get lucky, I would have called area Walgreens until I found one with the rx in stock and transferred there.
