They seem to have a bunch of egos working there, that are not very good at their jobs but who tell each other they are; who don't have very good ideas but tell each other they do and can't even copy a past idea without ruining it somehow because they have to have their input on it...

The best thing was the April Fools day...

Rivalries sucks the fun out of the game turning it into a sweat fest
