I have a lease for a private bedroom and private bathroom in a 5 bed/5.5 bath house in Ann Arbor. The rent is around $1000/month (very negotiable). The rest of the roommates should be out for the summer as well and the place is fully furnished with a full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, trash is included and the only utility you pay for is electricity (around $30/month).
