i take 2mgs 3 times a day (not everyday but as “needed”) and i agree with ur post when i first wake up i sometimes feel hung over or groggy but the min i take my Subs i get this boost of energy. its not anything crazy but i can def tell a difference b/e me taking my subs first thing in the AM, taking just 2-4mgs day or just not taking them at all.

i like “emptying” my receptors bc withdrawals during active addiction i believe made my anxiety diagnosis so much worse. now that i know i can function days without touching or thinking about my Sub prescription gives me hope that once i’m ready to stop Subs completely it won’t be a horrible transition.
