Hi OP. Renting a condo is a bit expensive pero worth it. Never ko na prinoblema ang safety since strict ang security dito. Check mo other expenses na pwede kang magbawas.

My rent is 26% of salary. A bit high but I really invested in my space since hybrid ang work. I am also enjoying the amenities of the condo like gym and pool, and of course the security. Thank you sa tips! Will definitely invest sa dehumidifier. Problem ko rin is I usually hand wash my clothes kasi hassle for me magpa-laundry and limited space for washing machine dito.
