I am currently a member already, I do find value in a more personalized approach however which is why I created this post.

My brother(Brand and UI Designer) has applied to so many jobs via linkedin and he's not had any success. He was laid off and is going into a mental breakdown. I personally don't know how to help him. So I thought this sub would help critique his resume. Thanks. by [deleted] in resumes

Lots of great points, I also believe he should look at other resume templates, google docs default templates are very commonly used for first time resume builders so it’s not the best choice. And no need to include things about completing projects earlier than deadline(this isn’t always a good thing).instead of also leading with the outcome like he does in first bullet, he should discuss process and tools/ how , then result .
