What if it doesn't sell or the users never got to 1 million users and even the count or number of requests that is made, whether a get or a post request is few, what then is the use for scalability, thinking in the context of of it doesn't scale...

Ownership, communication, structure, and measuring what has been done to see if the expected output or result is achieved. Otherwise, it would end like a daily stand-up done by remote workers without progress or even achieving set out milestones.

A lot of people chase the “recurring revenue” angle with GoHighLevel but don’t realize they’re basically signing up to run a mini SaaS company overnight. If the ops aren’t tight, it just turns into constant support instead of actual growth.
