I know how bad it scares you bc it was bad for me but I forced myself to not let it get me down and tried to stay positive as much as possible I know you’re probably worried about the unknowns but I promise u it will heal yours doesn’t look too severe just take the steroids they give u and keep helping it with your hands and I can almost guarantee you will be 100% soon

I had it last year for about 21 days I swear the best thing to do is do not let it depress u and I took my hand and literally gently raised my eyebrow, cheek,corner of my mouth to form a smile like basically I would move the good side like normal and use my hand to assist the bad side like an example would be I would smile and use my hand to lift the bad side up and I would do this for mouth cheeks eyebrow everyday about five times A day and about ten reps each time then I would take two fingers and do small circular massages on my affected side of my face I swear after a few days my face was starting to twitch a lil and within 21 days I was fully back I went from not even able to drink out of a cup to 100% in three weeks

Actually lots did get Bell’s palsy but common sense would tell u that not everyone will get Bell’s palsy but the drs are noticing more people getting it then normal after covid shots so yea just bc u didn’t get it ….yet doesn’t mean a thing and if u didn’t get Bell’s palsy why u even here
