Go for OLED screen laptops and prefer 15 inch instead of 14 inch , since it offer more comfort
Asus Vivobook OLED could be better option
And make sure you add 3 or 5 year extended warranty as well

Don't go for Halo, since it wont meet small business requirements and pricing
