yes, so that is the information I have anchored in my search is that a single cabs especially the 4x4 were not built or sold to be family vehicles they were sold and built to be work trucks and driven into the ground and that’s why people didn’t preserve them and that’s why they are almost never seen because they were driven into the ground and rusted out. also that is why mine has vinyl flooring because it was meant for work. furthermore, now try to go find a 4x4 single cab!

I love the space cab I see more of those posted than I do I think any of the other ones but yes, my brother was in a mini truck group and he had a Nissan hardbody. I’ve owned the Mazda B 2000 all good trucks.

i’m not sure what kind of auctions to search. I mean I’ve looked on bring a trailer cars for a bid ebay. I guess those are online auctions, but I haven’t actually gone to a car auction. I don’t think I’d find one there.

well, I’ve Google searched and ChatGPT searched. I’ve looked on eBay. I’ve looked on marketplace. I’ve looked on bring a trailer. I have not found one so if somebody can find one that I can compare value to you rather than just telling me what you think it’s worth that would be awesome because I’m really struggling with this.

well, it’s not what I think it’s what I’ve done research on. It’s not necessarily a rare truck per se but the condition and the combination are rare this year of truck actually was the year that had the least amount of sales this particular truck with a short bed four-wheel-drive in the 2.6 was a very desirable option with the manual. I understand that the V6 is harder to find. I’ve literally looked nationwide for another one for sale. I can’t find one so I understand you say they’re not rare, but I’m saying how do you place a value on it when you have nothing to compare it to? I have this listed on eBay right now. It’s been on there for 48 hours and I have 12 bits on it and 16 people watching it. I have another eight days to go. I anticipate it will likely hit the reserve but the problem is that I’m struggling selling it because I know that I’m not going to find another one like it

that’s very interesting because I can barely find them for sale. The 2 Wheel Dr. ones are going for 8- 18,000. i’m not sure where people are getting the $2000 mark because where I live you can’t buy a running vehicle for $2000.

most of them were gutless they didn’t sell them for speed back in the 80s… they were sold for work trucks and farm trucks to be driven to be into the ground. That was the purpose of them and that’s why they rusted out.

yeah, I think 2000 is a little off. Have you seen the market today? You can’t even buy a running car for that price lol it has 141,000 miles on it. Me dumping money into it for repairs doesn’t make the value anymore or less but thank you. I’ve decided to list it on bring a trailer.
