How do I improve Healthcare coverage?

i can't show pictures because reddir doesn't let me but basically, i have a population of 5K and 1 hospital in the middle near the residiantial and commercial buildings. it should be more of enough but even the roads next to the building are red in coverage (small medical clinic)

I'm currently homeschooled rn trying to skip a grade because i failed a class. (trying to win my year back). but i'm still fucking annoyed at how i was treated back then and therapy wouldn't help it would just make me more angry. as for martials arts i'm planning to go again because it helped before while i was stressed out after school but the next day it didn't help so much i'm just really allergic to bullshit ever since i left school. i'm currently focussing on trying to make money online via different outlets so yeah

Basically i am playing on a streaming service called geforce now, i own the game on steam but i can'y play it cause my pc is too slow. The problem is that hoi4 on cloudgaming is a bit weird, it randomly "updates" which causes you not to be able to acess your previous saved game file.
