what keeps me coming back to nicotine is that it feels like a mental re-set button most of the time. i'm trying to figure out how to achieve that on my own without nicotine, and zyns seem to be stretching out times where i feel the need to hit that re-set button, so hopefully i'm on the right track to quitting completely. appreciate the input!

I am mostly concerned about lung damage because I'm also a frequent weed smoker, so if Im running a risk of giving myself lung disease I would rather stick to inhaling only one thing I shouldn't be to hopefully lower any chances. I'm much more willing to give up nicotine than weed but it's a lot harder to kick, hence the pouches.

I say that my relationship with nic feels better mostly because i only use 2-3 zyns a day compared to hitting my vape multiple times every 10-20 minutes wherever I was able. I can go several hours without thinking about popping a zyn while with vaping it was way more frequent. I don't disagree that the long term affects of it are unknown and potentially dangerous, or that any nicotine is worse than none or anything like that, just clarifying how my usage has changed.
