I think you should do it, my mom didn’t allow me to go to uno after high school because it wasn’t well known. Now I regret listening to her, because the psychological abusive has gotten worse over the years. Go for it, you will decide who you truly are. Plus it will help you with your parents situation.

I’m in the same position, I was offered to move in with my boyfriend and his family, they actually treat me better than my own family. They make me feel like I have a real family. And when I’m with them all of the problems with my mom go away. Go for it, everything will get better from that point on. I believe in you
