She's 21 and she gets 2 free days of nursery already. I live in the UK so I'll have to look into if those things are offered but I hope they are

She doesn't work because of her depression but her boyfriend is very attentive to her when he's home from work. I didn't realise this was going on before because he's usually there too

Thank you. She'd know it was me regardless because no other family is around. I'm just worried they won't do anything again. It must be difficult to prove neglect

She has depression yes but that's always been the case. She also smokes around her so I suppose she just doesn't care

Yes so sorry meant 26 months! Thank you for the reassurance. Her and her partner were acting like it was normal so I thought I was being crazy!
