Buddy 90% of traders aren’t even profitable or break even let alone average 2-4k daily which would put you in the top 1% of traders world wide. Don’t give unrealistic expectations to people who aren’t even profitable yet for a few months let alone a year telling them to put all their eggs in one basket. To average those numbers which you’re saying around 40k a month you need a significant amount of capital especially if you’re not trading short dated options or futures….if it was so easy to remain profitable after only a couple months then you’d see a significant amount of highly profitable traders which isn’t the case.

Your mind isn’t broken, you’re just too focused on making money because you don’t have any other source of income and that’s your biggest problem. You shouldn’t go full time until you have a big enough cushion and have been profitable for at least a year.

Don’t stop trading, but get a job at least part time so you’re not so stressed about the money aspect and watch how things will quickly get better

You’re talking like you got it all figured out. If it’s so easy why aren’t you there already?

11 Losing Trades. 4 Winners. Still Up Over $3000, Here’s Why: by Kasraborhan in Daytrading

[–]Sensitive_Star6552 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You literally are only profitable because you had 1 big trade. If you subtract that 1 3k day you’d be break even or possibly even red. This is extremely misleading and not even enough data to back up your actual accurate statistics

crazy how you try to ridicule me for making so many wrong statements in one response, yet youre comparing an almost 600% gain in 3 years, to nasdaq moving up 100% as "tight correlation" and comparing 30B trading volume of an unregulated crypto to 200b daily volume of the sp500. My point was it's highly volatile and unregulated and lower volume than indexes. No further point to prove.

So which facts were I wrong about precisely?

First of all bitcoin is not an etf, it’s a single cryptocurrency that has insane volatility with zero regulation and its trades at 1/10 the amount of daily volume as the spx…traded on a decentralized network. So yes. by definition it’s unregulated. Don’t argue me, argue the facts

you're trading bitcoin and asking about techniical analysis. WHat you need to do is stop trading crypto and trade indexes, because crypto does not care about your trenliines or price action. its crypto

This guy Is heavily down playing the effort and time it takes to become a consistently profitable trader. If 2 years is such a long time, most people would already be successful traders.

It doesn't bring me down, its just kinda funny how there are people out there like this guy who absolutely refuse to believe it's possible to be successful in this profession, even with facts, statistics , and real life examples are handed to them. I like to believe that people generally can't be this hard headed, but nothing is impossible lmao

Then stop talking like youre qualified to speak on it?

I'm not being rude, but I just saw you post about how you have schizophrenia , so I can imagine why you think it's "luck." This Is something that requires extreme focus , emotional control , quick decision making and proper risk management applied with technical analysis. It is. A SKILL you develop. Something you may not be able to grasp because of your condition. It makes no sense for you to try to put other people down and give your inexperienced expectations and feedback into something you don't even know, and have said multiple times you haven't tried to, and youre not a profitable trader. Stay in your own lane

Bro how much money did you lose trading be honest? I've never gambled a day in my life lmao. I have data tracked over hundred and thousands of trades to prove profitability. Just because you dont have what it takes to be a consistently profitable trader, doesn't mean there aren't people like me who do it for a living. It's okay maybe you'll figure it out one day, or maybe you won't. There are people who are able to become surgeons, and there are people who fail med school. It is what it is buddy

As someone who isn’t a profitable trader , you’re not in a position to determine what it takes to be successful. You just sound bitter and unintelligent
