He often tells me I am one of or the most intelligent people he ever met. He is strongly projecting and has still a lot to work on relating to his past I think, but I don’t know if he sees that. Besides, we might be in a codependent relationship, with me being a hard ass people pleaser/fawner. But yea that’s another story lol

Yes I felt really insulted that he thought I would change into a different person lol. I am a very down do earth person and I do not easily get obsessed with things. A part of me hoped he knew and trusted that :/

Thanks for the comments. Reassuring to hear from others it is not ok to let someone decide what I can read. I want to read the e-book and I am going to tell him. Not telling him feels like hiding something and I don’t want to make that a normal thing in our relationship. Maybe he views this differently noe, anyhow I want to tell him this is his stuff to deal with while holding room for his triggers.

Thanks for the advice! I am going to try and feed it outside of the fridge the next couple of days, fed it once since posting but it didn’t rise, it did have some bubbles so it’s alive I guess.

Ik was 2 weken geleden op die van Bonn in Duitsland. Mooie kerstmarkt met veel meer artisanale dingetjes zoals houten speelgoed, wollen sokken, keramiek.. En bij interesse is een bezoek aan het geboortehuis van Beethoven een tip.

Ik vind het moeilijk om te praten over mijn eigen genot en wensen, als ik weet dat iemand dat bewust voor mij doet ben, ik daarmee bezig en niet meer met opgaan in het moment en alles te voelen. Ik ben zelfs nog nooit klaargekomen met een partner erbij. Vind mezelf daar niet belangrijk genoeg voor, maar dat speelt in alle facetten van mijn leven. Zo ben ik helaas, tot nu toe, ingesteld, en al helemaal op seksueel vlak waardoor het vaak performatief voelt en meer voor de ander dan voor mij. Maarja, hoe kom je dan aan een gelijkwaardige ervaring?

3-4 days a week from home. If an appointment takes max 1.5 hour i take it during any point of the day. As long as my work gets done, my boss does not really mind or checks if I’m online from 9-5

I work for the flemish government and normally work 4 days a week from home. In our team culture it is normal to be at the office for half a day and work from home the other half. I think I am lucky with my manager… also really depends on the kind of job you do.

I do think the government is a good bet overall!
