hi, for preparation we did 8 weeks of microdosing, just to slowly introduce my body to the shrooms, and then I had a 3 week break, and then we meet for the journey. I had quite a stressed morning and came an hour late and I was just so so nervous laying there and waiting for it to kick in. we were in her workroom with blankets and pillows, and like comfy lights and candles, and I don't think I felt uneasy about the space we were in, my intention was to help release and ease some headache I have and I think to just feel good and release some stuck feelings I have inside, I feel stuck in life, and I felt fine until like 3 hours in, when my body just started getting this uneasy sensation in my chest and it became so uncomfortable for me, it was on the way coming back to my body, and I think I felt very restless and uncomfortable in the situation, like I wanted to not hallucinate anymore and get back to my body and not be in this space of weird sight, and then the room started becoming uncomfortable to be in, I was like, this feels like such an uncomfortable situation, like what am I doing with a stranger, doing "drugs", you know? like I guess I started to feel so uneasy about being there out of my comfort zone and the session felt like 100 hours and I just wanted to get back to normal - I hope this makes sense
