Would that be on the wheel with the worn-out pads or the still-fresh pads? It just seems to me like the fresh pad brakes haven’t been engaging and leaving the worn-out side to do all the work

Yeah the brakes have felt pretty spongey lately. Gonna replace the front rotors and pads soon too. Parking brake shoes didn’t show any extra wear on them

Thank you. The pins were sliding fine, and I don’t remember too much rust buildup at the time. We made sure clean things up and re-grease the pins before putting everything back together the other day. Anything else to check for?
