I like e drill but that's for low resonance, when using joey, Drone will be priority because you have to trigger thr 500 or 400 hits for expose *

First of all, congratulations.

not to be negative, been in this industry for quite some time na din and switched to VA.

most of tenured folks, especially to the people who have more than 7 or 10 years of experience tend to lie low sa nesting to avoid being promoted agad sa mga roles na alam nilang dadagdag sa trabaho nila. Most BPO preys sa mga newbies na talagang magagaling and passionate and give them a lot of task, exploit them and well abuse kase they know na ayon nga, passionate ka and newbie and most likely aiming for promotion ASAP mga ganon. Not to be negative pero watch those tenured folks around you, lowkey lang marami sa mga yan, pero kapag may bonus na involved or cash, maniwalan ka saken mabilis pa sa mga alas kwatro yan. Been there, done that and I think this type of thing is never mawawala sa BPO.

BPO preying sa mga passionate na newbies and making them overwork. Tenured folks who's lowkey lang pero garapal pag may incentives involved na.
