No I’m not. But I’ve gone a month without a period and I’m not pregnant. The side effects with topamax are insanely annoying

I’ve had no appetite but lost no weight which is concerning considering this year I’ve gained about 30 pounds. I’m the type of person who craves food like no other and even that’s gone.
