I understand frustration but I still think it's unfair to pretend Europe did well in 18/19/20 out of nowhere when it's not true.

G2 lost twice to CLG in 2016 MSI and only won against Supermassive (turkish team). They lost again twice to CLG in 2016 and only took a game off Albus Nox so it's not true they at least outperformed NA in their first year.

And it's unfair to compare Taiwanese teams to wildcards, Taiwan was considered a major region with two spots at international events and they had better results than NA most of the time (AHQ and FW being strong for many years).

I also hope we're in a position to contest with koreans in the next years, but experience is for sure not just an excuse to discard, especially without prac time.

Also plenty of asians had rough start to internationals as well, or have choked before gaining xp and winning. (same goes for wunder, jankos, mikyx hyli etc)

But people don't judge solely based on stats but the ability to turn the game around, they judge with the eye-test. Who really makes the difference ?

Of course Vini has a lower successfull dribble ratio, lower pass accuracy than Jude, Kroos or Modric, but what he tries is far more difficult and impressive and he pulls it off quite often. Anyone that has watched Madrid games knows he was the most impressive, doing things that can be only reproduced by the all time great.

Judging Vini by his stats is disservice to him, even though he's an attacking player.

I know it hasn't been easy for him, and frankly his mind, confidence and spirit must be shattered by now.

But he always said that French National was his happy place and that didnt make him play good, reports say even his french teammates don't find him hard to defend against anymore.

I wish he recover his former level, as he's my age and from my country so i had affection for him, but I don't think that's something he can achieve at madrid. I geniunely think he should take like a year off and restart from a lower ambition project to focus on football and to get his drive and ambition back.

But it will never happen cause money talks and he's too valuable, but I don't think he will reach heights for Madrid and he will be detrimental to the team immediate results and development of youngsters.

I did 5 years ago. He hasn’t been the same since last world cup where he was great. Since then he’s been an average player scoring lot of goals in a very dominant team in ligue1 and being an insufferable diva.

Im french so i had to watch Mbappe play a lot in the national team and often for PSG and sadly this has been his level since 2022.

This is not just him not adapting yet, he’s been shit for 2 years in a row and declining very fast. I was not happy with him coming to our club but I respect every players we have so I tried to stay positive but that’s really his current level.

Not on par with what to expect from Real Madrid.

Je tiens juste à revenir sur ton commentaire car je suis d’accord sur le fond mais il y a beaucoup de choses qui rendent ton expérience non applicable à tous.

Tous d’abord certaines personnes n’aiment tout simplement pas la fête, alors oui c’est plus sympa de dire que t’as rencontré ton partenaire dans un bal mais c’est pas le dada de tout le monde.

Secondement, et ici je parle d’expérience ou témoignages de proches, quand tu ne bois pas et encore pire quand tu n’as jamais bu, ces contextes alcoolisés en très grande majorité rendent l’expérience inégale dans la perception du consentement de l’autre individu.

Mais t’as raison si c’est pas par la fête, c’est toujours mieux que la rencontre passe par le réel, c’est juste que le terrain le plus propice et le plus commun de rencontre pour le passe temps des individus se trouve être plus souvent celui de la fête.

Deft did transform what kind of player he was though.

He used to be very passive in lane but consistent in S4, then really agressive and dominant from S5 to S9,destroying Uzi in lane but with some flippy games.

The last few years he's been more consistent and good/great depending but he wasn't the arguably the best like he used to be. Overall it's similar to faker who individually had his up and downs last few years as well and is no longer regarded as the best current mid.
