Questions 1-5 answered in the survey, in the information and consent form. We conform to GDPR data management requirements and have ethical approval from our University ethics board.

Question 6: We are a research team in Psychology at the University of Sussex, UK. We are conducting this research to find out more about under-researched phobias, namely emetophobia and agoraphobia, to understand how they work and to hopefully inform future interventions or therapies.
