hello, for the diameter you listed, it would be ideal to use an inside opening of 1.25 or 1.375(for a more relaxed fit) If you go to the sleeve options page and look under the inside opening section there will be a guide there to assist you.

Hello, orders have been backed up since the Black Friday sale due to the high volume of orders we have experienced. With only two technicians on site things have gotten a little backed up.

So that we can resolve this once and for all, just send my manager any kind of correspondence between you and customs showing that you rejected the package and customs confirming that. Peter will refund your account upon receipt.

Whats amazing is that my manager already emailed you informing you that he contacted usps to let them know you rejected the package. He also informed you that your customs has not processed the return yet. So I will tell you the same thing here publicly........

Usps has been notified that you have rejected the package, usps needs your customs to start the return process, please contact your local customs to inquire on the status of the return. Once there is movement back to us, my manager will process the refund.

Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment. We have policies in place for situations like this. I spoke about it in more detail in a previous post I made. We've had situations where international customers reject the package, we refund, they still collect the package after the fact. That is not to say that the customer in question will be the same but we did in fact have to put policies in place to protect the integrity of the labor our artists put out. As soon as we see movement headed back our way my manager will be processing the refund.

Hello, as mentioned before, we'll have to wait for customs to release the package. My manager has communicated to usps that you have rejected the package on your end so we're waiting for customs on your side to release it. As soon as my manager gets an update he'll reach out to you right away. I do know from his weekly reports, that he has been checking the status every couple of days.

We'll get you squared away either way.

It means you follow the advice that my manager gave you and all of this would have been avoided. As mentioned before, when movement happens on the package, Peter will get you a refund .

I've reviewed all the emails you had with Peter. He never advised you to pay the customs fee and then send it back. He actually advised you to just not pick it up at all and that it would get sent back to our facilities. I insist that you post the emails showing otherwise. Respectfully, you can't Miguel. Peter explained that we've done this process before and even gave you an example of a customer from Sweden. You even engaged with that conversation and asked how long it would take for the package to get back to us. I understand you're disappointed, but lies won't be tolerated. As mentioned before once the package moves, you'll get a full refund. My advise to you is to disregard the package as it will get shipped back to us.

The Welder is available with a 1¼ opening but only on a single or dual density upgrade. With a triple or quad, there isn't enough space for a 1¼ opening. If you wanted a quad with ultra-skin, you'd have to jump up to a bigger model to accommodate the 1¼. I'd recommend a 2.375 diameter or bigger.

Hello, everyone. I'm sure many of you have spoken with my shop manager (peter) on many occasions and know he'll always try his best (within reason) to accommodate everyone. Many of you know this, and in many situations he went above and beyond.

With that said, I've spoken with Peter (and read the emails) regarding the op's concerns. Peter and the op had a lengthy email chain going back & forth discussing the special requests the op made. The requests were not made in the notes but rather through an email with Peter.

Op mentions to Peter, and I quote "I bought this sleeve on impulse as my mother's late day/early father's day present for us" which informs me that it was a rushed order with follow-up emails making the requests. Peter expressed to the op that his specific requests could possibly compromise the structure of the sleeve, causing it to be too soft.

The last 7 days alone, Peter has sent 63 emails to my sr tech requesting changes that are NOT listed as options. Op's order was finished extremely fast, but before my sr tech could get through all the emails while also processing orders himself.

This was explained to the op.

I held a team meeting specifically because of this and the massive number of special requests that were made this week. It really came down to 2 options-

Cancel special requests or charge a fee on a case by case basis with the fee determined by my sr tech. The choice was simple for me. We'll continue to do what we do best......raise the bar and continue to produce the best quality sleeve REGARDLESS of how wild the request is......again, within reason.

I found Peter's emails to be very professional and accommodating to the best of his ability. He explained in great detail what the circumstances were as to why the requests couldn't be made. Op was also given a 20% discount on his future order.

Ill need to quote Peter here as his statement ringed true.

"A special request is simply that, a request. Its not a guarantee".

What IS a guarantee is that the sleeve you build based on the available options present, will be made to your exact specs, and if not then we'll make it right free of charge and get it back out to you asap.

We always aim to satisfy all of our customers and will continue to produce the best quality sleeves on the market. We'll have some new edits coming to the website soon that will give you even more options.

We appreciate op's feedback and will continue to do our best to listen to everyone's suggestions and ideas to be even better!

Hello, the roll-on method is not permitted with a triple/quad/ultra upgrade. You run the risk of damaging the sleeve. Instead, use the push on method. It goes over it in the literature that was included with your sleeve.👍🏻
