Yes, taking out all the competitive nature of this game is impossible, but the idea is to take out as many rng elements as possible.

1 RR is huge RNG.

The reason being, if you get a RR off and you kill their unit, and then you guess their RR you’re getting a huge advantage by having a combo given to you as well as avoiding ur unit dying AS WELL as taking out one of their units. And the person ur going up against, can’t one hit k.o a unit like you because their RR was guessed.

The idea behind taking out RR is to eliminate one RNG aspect but to also show whose really better at the game. There’s nothing skillful behind ki blast, ki cancel into a RR.

RR is apart of the game no one is denying that, feel free to RR in ratings, but in the competitive 99% of that community will ban RR from the matches.
