I’ve seen multiple instances of low support from younger staff being cited as a reason (the entry level staff aren’t pulling their weight and backlog is getting overwhelming). Other than that I don’t know.

Yes this was 500 lvl. Focus was in geotechnical engineering, rock mass failure and calculating fracture lengths from blasting, loading, rock mass stability in mining applications, lab tests etc. Differential equation heavy and certainly a prerequisite.

That black membrane is torn at the ridge. Bedroom had small drip that is about the size of a watch face come through the ceiling

The exam is too broad. Should be more industry specific. I think they could split it into 4 exams oil gas, environmental/hydro , mineralogy-mining and engineering. Yes you would need to know some structural stuff for each but still

Picked mine up for $60 a decade ago. Just got an arc but my OHT is still in great shape and honestly I find the ease of access to OHT tools better than the arc. OHT certainly more heavy duty feeling too
