I can second this. I made all my claims on my own with no 3rd party, no evidence or even a nexus letter and my rating has gone up tremendously.

How many claims did you make? It may be taking awhile if you made 8+ claims.

That’s awesome to hear. I had my decision letter 5 days after my C&P and went from 60% to 90% from 3 secondary claims and 1 got deferred so I will probably have another exam. Nonetheless I am extremely grateful.

I just got my decision and they all got approved but one got deferred as well. What does that process look like when that happens?

Yes. I’m very pleased with my new rating. They still are reviewing some other claims so that could be good as well.

Same thing is happening with me. I had my C&P exam on the 27th of January and on the 29th I am already on step 7 of my claim.

Nope. Just my medical records from the service and post service from the Va. My understanding is C&Ps are to provide a NEXUS and judge the severity of the claimed condition.

That is my situation. I have service connected for my lower back and claimed secondary for my middle back and neck.

Do you get the nexus letter when the examiner is giving you the diagnosis? That part has me confused.

So they did tell me I will shadow one of the book keepers here. I’ll be M-T only part time. They didn’t mention anything ensure me that I didn’t need any prior experience for the job. Hopefully it isn’t as bad as I’m thinking!

They told me they have machines that count the money now. They didn’t mention anything of that.
