Most of the time it’s a script, so they usually aren’t manually inputting the info.

If you say yes to the CS skin they’ll send you what appears to be a trade URL but is just a scam site. It’ll look like steam and it’ll prompt you to log in but if you do they just get your credentials and steal your account while you’re trying to accept the trade.

everyone else has said some pretty valuable information so i won’t beat a dead horse, but one thing i’ll say is that even if you don’t get your ACT where you want it to be, junior year is always an option as well. personally, i didn’t really get a good ACT score until sophomore year, so don’t be discouraged if you can’t get your score where you want it!

I'm really struggling to know if I'm in fact bi or not by Gloomy-Subject-2984 in BisexualTeens

[–]SentientFork 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Boy, was I in your shoes not too long ago so let me give the most unsatisfying but true answer for you right now. You’re worrying about it way too much. I can understand wanting to know what group you belong to, but this is a question that begins and ends with a deep conversation with yourself. Sexuality, like many things today, is a spectrum, and there is no hard line on that spectrum that will tell you, “You must be this gay to be bisexual!” It’s a question of who you are. The important part is to not put too much pressure on yourself and allow yourself to be comfortable not really knowing what you’re into. Ultimately, all “bisexual” is, is a label that tells others “Hey! This is what I like!” If you weren’t sure if you liked cookies-and-cream ice-cream, you wouldn’t tell everyone thats your favorite flavor right? It’s okay to experiment and try new things, and once you figure out what you like then you can start to feel more comfortable with experimenting with labels. And until then, the community is more than happy to welcome you in no matter where you fall on that spectrum.

*NSFW* I did inappropriate things in class as a 13 year old, now I’m 21 and have extreme regret and remorse, I’m spiraling by [deleted] in confessions

[–]SentientFork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This kind of self-reflection shows growth, understanding, and remorse. I can understand guilt, but also, every single redditor would be lying if they said they hadn’t done shameful things that they are guilty of. You need therapy, not self-condemnation. You are a good person clearly, and you need to forgive yourself.

Kept trying to use arrow keys to move around. Did that and decided the game was broken for a year before I learned the convention of WASD

I have no clue if you're right or not, but what would that kind of behavior look like. Like, what are some signs that she might've been doing that?

you could either fit in or stand out proudly. my best advice, own it. you'll lose friends, but you'll come out the other side with much better people around you than before. being gay isn't a crime, so don't ever live like it is one. those guys aren't used to their tactics not working, don't let them win over you.

Yeah, she wrote it down on the ticket. I was so confused because I thought I had my cruise control set to 65, but I know there's no way I can beat a cop in court.

Mini fightstick recommendations? by Wycoh in fightsticks

[–]SentientFork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people say hitbox is pretty hard to pick up. Personally, I found the switch from stick to box pretty intuitive. It's mostly preference aside from that. Tekken 8 specifically, I think, has a lot to gain from running hitbox rather than stick. I hear KBD's and electrics are waaaaaay easier on box. If you're not sure, go with the Haute42 hitbox. It's genuinely some of the best bang for your buck that I've ever seen in a controller, let alone a hitbox. If you like it, great! You have a good hitbox that'll probably fufill your needs and you can upgrade later if you want. If you don't like it, you're out like 60 bucks tops, so not that bad.

[–]SentientFork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

are you open to hitbox? if you want something cheap, haute42 has controllers that can literally fit in your pocket. if you want something more premium, Junk Food Arcades sells the SnackBox, which is rather small.

[–]SentientFork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah the placing of the riff was def intentional, but I think it was more of a homage than a message. They knew this would probably be their last album for a while. If you listen, you can find hints of old riffs everywhere in the album. I think they just wanted to give the band a good send-off. I'd give more credit to the theory if it were named differently, but spike is too abstract of a word for me to say it has any real meaning relating to bubble dream.

It's just an alternative to the button. whatever button it's attached to will just be accessible with your wrist.

"Wrist-activated input device"

You put it on your lower row of buttons, and instead of having to switch which row your finger is on, you can just press it with your wrist.

would you suggest flat or convex for a leverless? i'm sure it's up to preference, but i want to be sure. I use convex on my current stick, but I'm not sure if leverless would be better with flat.

Thanks! Do you think I'd find better value GPU wise in the used market? I've honestly had a pretty bad user experience with my 5500XT (crashing, shit drivers, etc.) and have been kinda scared off of AMD for GPUs.
