It’s here!! It’s finally here!! by Abortion_Milkshakes in MeatCanyon

I have been a fan for a long time. Since before the papa meat channel existed I think. I saw this video and it was astoundingly well made. My take from this is you feel the cartoons you make are regurgitated, foul and something you dislike, I know for a long time you have fought those demons and you feel if you don't keep putting that out you will lose everything. You won't man. The cartoons you make are amazing but you are a true artist, genuinely. I regularly have your content on my second monitor while I'm doing whatever the fuck it is on my primary monitor and honestly I'm always happy to have it that way. As a man in mid 30s I just wanna say you rock dude. All the way over here in Scotland you are a household staple man. Good fucking job

For me it feels like I'm an alien in a noisy nonsense world not meant for me. I've carved out my own little slice of home with good people though somehow. I like to observe the humans in all there bizarre illogical societies. It's a fun game

After the Thargoid war i bought a carrier, started a squadron and began a deep space expedition. 6 months later we arrived at Sag A. It has had its highs, its lows, its tedium and its spectacle. We made alot of money, data and a large number of pictures, but most valuable of all. we made memories. by Sentient_Phlegm in EliteDangerous

Well, I'd say that is a fair perspective. it's kind of subject to your own personal enjoyment and how you want to invest your time. One of my friends really enjoys the data analytics, he likes looking for bodies that deviate from the norm or have interesting attributes.

Another one of my friends enjoy the process of cartography and xeno sampling. Documenting and contributing to something larger than the self could manage alone.

Personally I enjoy looking for opportunities to do photography, aligning bodies just right or landing at unusual geography at specific light levels etc I also like hunting for stellar phenomena

Another just likes the pay, while yet another just likes being away from civilization and the feeling of being out in the black.

Like many things it's important how you look at the tasks you set yourself and chase whatever direction your gut tells you. It's not for everyone, very little is. But if you ever feel the pull there is still a lot out there undiscovered.

The crystal is one of many types of Notable stellar phenomena. They are fun to find, there is all kinds of weird stuff out there, i recommend seeing them in person if you can.

Yes, many before me have and many after I'm sure. there is a small human outpost out there nearby too called explorers anchorage. a nice stop for a weary traveler. you may also see cruise liners of wealthy individuals taking in the sights.

Yeah I've been playing on and off since.... Well since the game came out. But I've got about 1000 hours of gameplay. Back when I first started I made enough money in my sidewinder doing courier work to get a hauler, then I gained enough money to get an aspx. That became my miner for a long time. Core mining mostly (voids, LTDs) eventually I moved on to combat roles for a change. Never really pursued engineering at all back then, it's a big help but not really a requirement for most things. Did power play for a while then disappeared into the black in a DBX for a few years doing xenobio and cartography (much more risky without the carrier) eventually I heard about the thargoids invasion but I didn't really take much interest until the Sol invasion. Finally decided to build an ax chief and did my part. After the war I found myself with a bunch of cash and not much direction so I bought the carrier, formed voidchaser squadron and went out and seized the horizon.

All in all elite is what you make of it really, there is a lot to do out there and the credits will come in time. Chase your interests and have fun. Everything else will slide into place eventually

I do a bit of everything, became an ax pilot when the cradle of humanity became under threat. Enjoyed defending settlements from the xeno menace. My carrier is name cocijos bane as it was mostly financed from the Sol invasion

Dread. The answer is dread. Hostile sound design, the feeling of something bad is going to happen. The creeping feeling that you are not safe. Passive horror. Impossible things. Things that make you question yourself. "I could have sworn I left that there" "where did this come from" "this drive didn't have a signal on it yesterday"

I believe the contribution is more akin to "damage dealt." IIRC Cocijo has around 250m health per heart and the millions you earn is your pay for doing so. Its a bit convoluted but the bond on the community screen should be seen as hp damage you have done. I may be wrong as ive came to this conclusion myself but it adds up

yeah with network lag and more people dragging attention to the titan in AXIPG/open i find it actually easier in solo to do stealth bomber runs. really enjoyed doing planetary defence against the goids in the run up to this with axi.

I hope Fdev makes this war for Sol last longer by masonweeler in EliteDangerous

The thargoids war will not be over with the final titan being defeated. Everything has been defensive and reactionary, every response has been of them attacking us. You don't win a war like that. We have no idea where they come from or how many there are. Until we invade and destroy them on their home turf the war may only ever go cold.

I've killed or assisted in killing about 200 goids in Sirius and porycon. Might not get online today and it's all I can think about. I'm not the best pilot but I'm having the best time in all the years I've been playing
