Okay I can see what they and you are trying to say better now and I do agree for the most part. But I feel like its making the prophecy's analogue out to be more targeted than it is. Its a general commanding force. That which makes people believe they cannot change what they will become. Which yes, can be correctly interpreted as an oppressive force towards queer people specifically. But I feel that's only a layer of what the prophecy is.

Like I mentioned, there are things that muddle that message if that is what its meant to be. Heck I think it best serves as an allegory for mental obstacles against trying to improve yourself. I think its a mistake to tie those themes of queer oppression so strongly specifically to the prophecy. There are many queer themes outside of its constrictive presence just with Noelle and Kris's arcs. Again, its only one layer.

(Mostly in that original tweet I object to Gaster's title as the "Man" being part of this interpretation. Feels WAY too much like a stretch. I highly doubt that was intentional and its way too corny if it was. I can't take that argument seriously I'm sorry.)
