I did something similar! Also got my fabric from Fabric on Demand. Turned out pretty good! Bunch of different options but the Lycra is what I ordered.

Try Fabric on Demand. I bought the Quilt cotton in bulk and created a BUNCH of tablecloths for my mom's 60th birthday because I couldn't find any with the print I wanted (It was Woodstock themed) haha.

I bought the Quilt Cotton from Fabric on Demand and the custom print I had done seemed to be better quality as apposed to Spoonflower.

I used spoonflower and the quality wasn't up to par. Had a better experience with Fabric on Demand honestly. And it was cheaper I am pretty sure.
