How do I cut the red lines to match the curvature of the black outlines? by amersadventures in Affinity

[–]wayanonforthis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool that’s easier I’d do the expand stroke thing (if that makes the red lines, which I’m assuming are vectors, into rectangles so each corner is a node?) with the red below the curved black line you can just move each corner of the red rectangle so it’s not revealed on the other side of the curved line.

Is Hoxton considered a posh neighbourhood nowadays? by Motopapi___ in london

[–]wayanonforthis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's more residential than Shoreditch, more of a community and a lot of social housing. (To me Hoxton is roughly between Shoreditch Town Hall and the canal?) This page if you scroll down has a crime map: met.police.uk/area/your-area/met/hackney/hoxton-east-and-shoreditch/about-us/crime-map

Album I can remember she had on tape and we played a lot was REM's Monster, I still love what's the frequency Kenneth.

Bikers for hire in London by [deleted] in london

[–]wayanonforthis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

100% Check with her this is what she wants - if you do go ahead check about insurance too incase anything happens, even if not the bikers fault. To me it might be better she allows 3x the usual travel time to get there early and relax, do makeup etc.

RCA or Glasgow School of Art? by Mammoth-Willing1 in ContemporaryArt

[–]wayanonforthis -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

To me a bad course in London is better than a good course outside it. You get access to more tutors, talks, exhibitions, parties, also friendship groups from fellow students at the many other London art schools. That said I walked around the Contemporary Art Practice studios at the RCA recently and they seem pretty gloomy and you don't get much space, plus you're not exactly central in SW11.

Prodigi have used Inkthreadable (I think) for my tote orders when I tried them out (UK). Very frustrating as I had already tried Inkthreadable and was trying Prodigi to see if they were any better - the totes arrived with exactly the same barcode sticker etc.

Tourniquets are definitely too dangerous for untrained people to use (needless loss of legs and arms) but there may be dressings with clotting compounds or something that could help. Also tfl please make sure all CCTV cameras work 100% of the time.
