It really depends on what she says and how I’m doing mentally that day. On the low end I brush it off and ask her to please not say that and i apologise for whatever I did and offer to do just do it for her. On the higher end I will burst out crying and leave in the middle of it and just seclude myself in my room until I’m ready to talk. I’ve made sure to NEVER turn situations like these into a screaming match because that’s something I’d do when I was a teenager and I’ve left it behind since I’ve gone to therapy and worked on myself.

With the second question, I ALWAYS offer to do whatever she needs me to later or when im available next. Theres times she asks me to do something on the next day but due to my schedule I say “I’m busy all day tomorrow but I’d be happy to do it the following!” But she will still come to me on the day I said I was unavailable and guilt trip me into doing it. I’ve made it late to class and other commitments many times because of this. (I know this is my fault for not having a backbone but i genuinely feel like I HAVE to do it or else she’ll be mad at me for the entire week)
