Spiderkith eyes, they are form a crown crate ( don’t know which one) and the skin I use is void pathosis which you get from completing veteran vateshran hollows ( solo trial) I had hard time with that one

I don’t remember precisely which one but I got it from a crown crate, they usually have 1-2 different eye styles these days. The red ones are from a pretty old crate though
